DELIVERY, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, DATA POLICY
Collection is available from our studio in person or by self arranged courier. On order please select this option and we will email you to arrange a good time.
UK domestic shipping is arranged through a fine art courier due to the delicate nature of the product. We acknowledge that seems very costly but through grim experience we have found this is the only reliable way to deliver our product to you unharmed and we have absorbed some of the cost ourselves to try and bring it down.
It is very possible to find a cheaper method of delivery for yourself on a one off basis through a company like shipy.com and we are more than happy to accommodate this if you wish.
Our courier pickup is generally on the Thursday of each week but depending on the day of order and the availability of framing services there may be a small delay before you receive the product. We will be able to give you a more accurate delivery slot following your order.
International shipping can be arranged on request but please keep in mind the nature of the product and the costs required to ship such delicate items.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since receipt of your goods we will consider you circumstances but can’t automatically offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All damages should be reported promptly.
To complete your return please get in touch as soon as you can with any relevant information.
Exchanges are available at the cost of the customer.
